Very nice location with a kitchenette for preparing small meals, which I appreciated very much. The apartment is comfortable and very clean with a beautiful balcony and nice view.

Superb

breakfast, lunch and dinner on the balcony with a view to die for. The apartment is small, two people max, if you get along well, but has everything you need very cleverly arranged. There is no tv or WiFi, which might be an issue for some, but we did not care. The price is phenomenal.

j'ai failli louper une bonne affaire

Heureusement que je n’ai pas tenu compte du commentaire négatif précédent, car je ne me suis pas du tout reconnu dans ce qui était relaté. Syrille est facilement joignable, même pour ma réservation de toute dernière minute (c’est pas toujours le cas, je suis un habitué de la dernière heure). La clef du logement est facile à trouver et tout est bien expliqué. La vue du balcon est splendide, le studio bien équipé, avec plus que le confort montagnard attendu : sommier et matelas de qualité, choix de l’oreiller, coussins pour le balcon, serviette en tissu pour le repas, tapis de douche. Et les petites attentions d’accueil : bitter-apéritif du lieu, capsules de café, thé en vrac, même des bâtons pour la promenade.

Séjour agréable mais mitigé, stress

Le studio n'est pas si petit, il y a tout ce qu'il faut, le balcon est super, magnifique vue, très peu de bruit malgré la rue et le manque d'insonorisation dans le couloir. Peu de confort mais cétait annoncé donc ok, simple et sympa, le matelas est confortable, cuisine basique pas de four mais ok. Déco hiboux sympa, prospectus, jeux, livres...sympa. Elle a mis des tisanes en vrac à mon intention, merci Il y a tout ce qu'il faut de produits de base à la cuisine, assez de serviettes, de linge, de pécu, de produits de nettoyage, de savon etc rien à acheter, c'est agréable Lorsqu'elle voit ses messages, Syrille répond gentiment et essaye de nous arranger - mais elle ne répond des fois pas pdt longtemps, bug possible de téléphone à régler urgemment.

L'absence de réponse aux SMS, et parfois pas toujours - je n'ai pas pu accéder au studio à ma sortie des urgences de Villeneuve de nuit, la propriétaire pourtant avertie 3x par sms avant 21h puis 1x par Booking 21h n'a pas répondu à ma question... Le dernier jour la boîte à clé ne fonctionnait plus à cause d'un changement d'horaire, elle ne m'a pas avertie, j'ai perdu bcp de temps à chercher des infos sans qu'elle réponde aux SMS, dû retourner au village pour avoir du WiFi pour l'atteindre par Booking - rien -, finalement j'ai téléphoné, elle me dit "je suis en réunion" puis pour la boîte à clé elle dit "oh pas grave laissez-la sous le paillasson":, elle n'avait donc rien fait ni ne m'a rien dit. Un peu dur la sortie donc, et épouvantable l'arrivée, j'ai fini la nuit à l'hôpital ne sachant pas où aller et attendant 1h convenable pout lui écrire... Il y a plein de règles, de marches à suivre, d'interdictions partout dans le studio...des bibelots collés, etc, on ressent une méfiance ,c'est désagréable Elle envoie et renvoie ses règlements, horaires, etc. Interdiction de manger la raclette à l'intérieur, interdiction de manger la fondue même dehors, pour les Alpes suisses c'est bien dommage. Les WC devraient être changés ou du moins améliorés.
