Lovely seaside retreat

Chalet was warm and cosy, well equipped with everything we could ever want or need. Location is excellent and literally a two minute walk to the sea. Cleanliness was excellent. Would definitely go back again.

Only criticism would be the heating. Was way too warm at times. That's all though.

Great place to stay, we felt at home here.

A real home from home. Wonderful decoration, clean and funky! We could walk to the beach, town restaurants and trains easily. Equipped with everything we needed.

Generally nice, but not clean

Almost everything! The place itself was great, comfy beds, exceptionally clean bathroom, everything looked almost new. It was very nicely decorated, massive living room window to let the light in, very well stocked, etc

When I arrived, every surface except the TV was covered with a significant layer of dust, the floor was dirty, there was dog and human hair on every floor and bed, and the kitchen sides had a lot of food crumbs. I contacted the host immediately and sent pictures, and asked if there was a hoover, which there thankfully was. Their response was not adequate, and there was a refusal to accept some of my claims (despite photo evidence). If the response had been different and they had taken responsibility, then I would have let it go, but they didn't, and that rubbed salt into the wound as I spent the first two hours of my holiday dusting and hoovering, and cleaning the kitchen, instead of taking my six year old son to the beach.

The chalet reminded me of my childhood holidays but with a modern twist! It was very clean, cosy and comfortable. Our dogs loved being so near to the beach. Walking distance to the train station allowed us to visit several other seaside towns and to access the coastal path.

Beautifully decorated chalet, very comfortable and in perfect location to beach and town. We returned for the second year and have already booked for next year.

A bath mat outside shower would be good as floor gets slippy when getting out.

Loved the chalet, so nice and cosy, excellent location, can hear the sea out of the window, perfect. Everything you need in the chalet. Ideal for us as a couple and our dog who loves the beach

Cutest little dog friendly place right by the beach

Cutest little place right by the beach. Perfect for even a disabled dog as it is so close to the beach and it’s all wheelchair friendly path to get to it. very comfortable with everything you need.

Hot tap in the kitchen didn’t work very well but that was a very minor inconvenience. Now TV box didn’t work as there is no WiFi. Again, didn’t matter, because we didn’t go to watch TV
