Nice holiday home near Nismes!
Easy parking and easy access! Big house with all necessary amenities near the beautiful villages of Nismes and Viroinval. Everything is practical and helps facilitate your stay! The host sent a week in advance all the instructions to facilitate our stay.
Need your own towels/bedsheets which is not a problem especially for longer stays but take this into account!

Trop cher pour une maison sans chauffage et sans linge de maison
Ok on a fait une réservation 2h00 avant, mais bon Attention !! Pas de drap ni linge pour la Sdb Le chauffage a été coupé dans la nuit !! Nous sommes en plein hiver !!! Bref 162 euros pour profiter de 2 chambres ! Juste pour dormir une nuit !! Pas top !!!

Heerlijk genoten in deze fijne woning in de Ardennen!
Het ruime huis staat in een prachtige omgeving. Op de veranda kan je heerlijk genieten in de zon en er is tevens een fijn tweepersoons whirlpool. Een aanrader voor wie op zoek is naar rust en tegelijkertijd op pad wil om de omgeving te ontdekken. Veel mooie natuur en voldoende wandeltochten. Het huis was schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De communicatie met de gastheer was tevens zeer prettig! Zeker een aanrader!

Heerlijk ruim huis met veel kamers en een 2persoons hottub, Tv met ook nederlandse en vlaamse zeneders. Uitgebreide keuken, waterkoker en koffiezetapparaat gedateerd ( verkleurd door de tijd). Dit huis is zeer betaalbaar,emt alle comfort.
De hygiene. Het was niet echt vies, maar ik begreep van de eigenaar dat er na de 6 personen voor ons, niet schoongemaakt was. Dat was te zien aan de hottub, vuil op de bank en toilet. Redelijk maar niet brandschoon. Als er nieuwe mensen in komen, moet er gewoon (goed) schoongemaakt zijn! Dit was dus niet het geval.

Mooie locatie.
Het huis rook muf en vochtig, was ouderwets en onhygiënisch. Sommige lakens (dekbedovertrek) waren vuil. Het kastje voor de sleutel was erg moeilijk te vinden. De eigenaar zou moeten beschrijven waar het zich bevindt. Vreemd genoeg kon ik het huis al betreden via de garage zonder de sleutel. Ik vond het wat ongepast dat de eigenaar mij contacteerde via WhatsApp in plaats van via berichten in de Booking app.

Agréable et ressourçant !
L’environnement, la nature et le paysage autour de la villa. L’équipement de la villa, il ne manque rien et ce logement pourrait accueillir jusque 12 personnes dont six jeunes. Le logement est agréable et la nature environnementale magnifique. Les propriétaires ont donné tous les renseignements nécessaires pour prendre possession des lieux sans aucuns problèmes.
Rien en particulier. À la période de Noël, Il faut juste faire attention à bien gérer l’électricité parce que des systèmes de chauffages électriques complètes le chauffage centrale.
