Very comfortable , stylish, and very central for Gubbio. Very helpful host.

Nothing. The free car park is an easy walk from the apartment, if you take the shortest route and only four steps. You can drive to the property but you have to take a drivable route. My sat nav took me on an impassible one. So if you plan to drive to the apartment to drop off your suitcases, get advice on the route from the owner. We took our suitcases back to the car on foot. Took maybe five minutes.

Everything was perfect couldn’t ask for better accommodations.

Clean, modern and within walking distance to everything. Hosts were prompt for entry. There were plenty of snacks and breakfast options on site. We rented two apartments for 5 people next to each other and it was perfect. Sofa bed is big and very comfortable. Highly recommend we will return!

In the heart of Gubbio. Beautifully renovated. great standard of cleanliness. Basic food items in the fridge on arrival and fresh croissant delivered the next morning :) Very friendly host - concerned with making sure we had everything we needed.

Truly Exceptional and Magnificent

Everything truly exceptional and magnificent - apartment, location (Gubbio is a ancient town, a real must see), owners (Marco and his wife outstanding) and service.

The only thing we regret is we should have for at least one additional night, however we will definitely come back!

Mirko was an excellent host. The location is great, the apartment is superb. For two it is more than enough and the whole place is like brand new! Maybe it is.. :)

The mattress was a memory type which is not the best for me. It was not uncomfortable, just not in my favour.

A Beautiful renovated apartment in the heart of medieval Gubbio

Our hosts thought of everything when they remodeled this beautiful apartment, and could not have been nicer to us. It is extremely comfortable, attractive and convenient. A full kitchen with high end appliances.

Amazing apartment, amazing town

Gubbio is an amazing but hilly town so Mirko meeting us in the free car park and taking us to the apartment was really appreciated. The apartment is a stunning period duplex at ground and first floor level within a ancient building. The apartment has everything you could possibly need including its own cave! Couldn't recommend it enough. Mirko was also kind enough to drive us back to the car park on leaving.

The apartment had probably been unoccupied for a period before our visit so with all the stone walls it took about 12 hours for the heating to have an effect.

Ottimo appartamento, molto rifinito e dotato di tutti i comfort, la posizione è centralissima e l'accoglienza è stata impeccabile, ci siamo trovati molto bene io e la mia famiglia (2 adulti e 1 ragazzo), sicuramente la consiglio.

Un salto nel medioevo, in una bellissima struttura

Una struttura curata nel dettaglio, molto molto bella. Una grotta illuminata (chiusa con un vetro calpestabile) a renderla unica. Una grande cura del dettaglio. Il frigo pieno di latte, yogurt e succhi. Abbondanza di merendine e biscotti per la colazione. Una super accoglienza

Ci è piaciuto tutto. È adatta per una coppia. Nonostante sia su due piani, non avendo porte è come se fosse un unico ambiente

Leider wurden die Erwartung hier nicht erfüllt!

Gute Lage inmitten der Altstadt, sehr ruhig um gut zum Schlafen! Großzügiges Angebot an kostenlosen Wasser und Säften!

Sehr schlecht gereinigt! Wir hatten außerdem mit Klimaanlage gebucht-das Zimmer hatte aber keine! Es wurde uns zwar ein Ventilator auf das Zimmer nachgebracht, dieser konnte die fehlende Klimaanlage natürlich nicht ersetzen! Entsprechend der fehlenden Klimaanlage, ist der verrechnete Preis zu hoch! Wir haben natürlich eine Preisreduzierung bei Booking eingefordert.

Eccezionale esperienza in centro storico

L'appartamento è fantastico, in posizione centralissima, ed è stato ristrutturato di recente con molto buon gusto e attenzione al contesto storico. È pulito e dotato di ogni confort (in bagno c'è addirittura una piastra per capelli!). Anche per la colazione c'è una vasta scelta di prodotti a disposizione. Mirko e Alessia sono gentilissimi e molto disponibili, ci hanno dato ottimi consigli. Grazie, davvero, ci siamo trovati molto bene. Peccato esserci fermati una sola notte! Torneremo sicuramente!

Piccola ma bella vacanza

L' appartamento molto bello e confortevole. Non manca assolutamente nulla. Per la colazione offre yogurt, succhi di frutta, acqua, latte di riso, latte senza lattosio e scremato, Caffè, tè, tisane, merendine, frutta fresca. In bagno c'era shampoo e balsamo, phon e piastra per i capelli, crema corpo, detergente intimo. Grazie Alessia e Mirko. Alla prossima!

Appartamento da sogno

Praticamente tutto. A partire dai proprietari, Alessia e Mirko, due persone di rara gentilezza e disponibilità. Ci hanno accolti come meglio non avremmo potuto desiderare, dandoci indicazioni preziose per il parcheggio, al nostro arrivo, e dispensando consigli sui posti dove mangiare e cosa visitare. Il tutto condito dalla loro simpatia e dal loro calore. E poi che appartamento! Un nido accogliente, arredamento moderno che si sposa benissimo con le pareti in pietra, illuminazione fantastica, e la grotta che si apre nel salottino. Ci hanno dato tutto il necessario (e anche di più) per la colazione, frigo con diversi tipi di latte, marmellate, yogurt. Ci hanno fatto venire la voglia di tornare e sicuramente lo faremo.

Nulla da segnalare, se non il tempo che passa troppo rapidamente quando si sta bene e quando si viene coccolati in quel modo :)
