From the moment we arrived, Monia had provided us with comprehensive information on parking, key pickup, and accessing the lovely apartment. We were pleasantly surprised by how straightforward and hassle-free the entire process was. The apartment itself surpassed our expectations, offering everything and more for a comfortable and delightful stay. During our checkout, we had the pleasure of meeting Monia in person, and her warm and friendly demeanor further added to our positive experience. She shared her deep passion for Gubbio, a beautiful medieval town abundant in history and culture. As we were preparing to leave, Monia even provided us with recommendations for exploring other noteworthy destinations outside of Gubbio. Overall, our stay at the apartment was exceptional, and we can't wait to return. Both the town and the accommodation exceeded our expectations, and Monia's exceptional hosting made our visit truly memorable. Claudia was exceptionally friendly and helpful! She met us at the parking and helped us with our bags on the walk to her sweet apartment...very good at communicating on WhatsApp for anything we needed...recommendations for sights and restaurants. We loved Gubbio and would tell anyone to stay here...🥰❤

Everything about the apartment was excellent. Many details to make a wonderful stay. The host super nice and polite. She gave me suggestions on where to dine and what to order.

I found a bit high the cleaning fees, but overall I highly recommend!

The contact with the host was quick and efficient. She made sure that I got everything I need. The apartment is located in the old city center of Gubbio, near the main castle. The apartment is well designed, sparkly clean and very comfortable. Staying in this apartment is a great way to feel the atmosphere of the historical town of Gubbio.

Davvero Top! Eccezionale!

Monia è una persona squisita.. di quelle che ce ne vorrebbero di più nel mondo. Arriviamo il venerdì sera verso le 20 e c’è addirittura venuta a prendere al parcheggio (che ci aveva consigliato precedentemente) poi accompagnandoci all’appartamento ci ha raccontato un sacco di cose curiosissime riguardo a Gubbio e dato un sacco di consigli su cosa visitare, dove mangiare, ecc. (anche qui aveva mandato un messaggio nei giorni precedenti). Davvero grazie L’appartamento è super comodo, centralissimo, bellissimo, dotato di ogni cosa si possa aver bisogno, super tranquillo. Veramente ci siamo sentiti a casa. Inoltre ci ha dato la possibilità di usufruire dell’appartamento per tutta la giornata di domenica (giorno del nostro rientro) Abbiamo passato un weekend meraviglioso anche grazie a Monia. Sarà sicuramente un arrivederci, anzi, non vediamo l’ora.

Accueil et communication très sympathiques. Appartement pratique, bien équipé et situé en plein centre. Comme il pleuvait le jour de notre départ, nous avons même été reconduits de l'appartement au parking ! Excellent rapport qualité prix.
