The location near to the river was good - a short 15 minute walk into the centre of Toulouse.
The room was very modern & clean, with a small kitchen area & a decent quality bathroom.
The view over the road wasn’t fantastic.

The hotel was very clean throughout, which made a great first impression. The studios were comfortable and of a good size for two people, offering a practical and relaxing space. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming, which really enhanced the overall experience. Although the hotel is not located in the city center, it is well connected and close to public transport, making it easy to get around.
One downside was that room cleaning was not included in the price and required an additional surcharge. This was not clearly communicated at check-in nor on the hotel page here at bookin.com. It would have been helpful to know this upfront and would have helped our decisions.

The check in process was very lengthy as not English speaking reception staff who struggled to understand and was obviously very new and had no help at the desk. He had to keep going out the back to get some assistance and they queue to get help was very lengthy.
