Walk Rooms

The apartment was in great condition and it was being cleaned frequently. It has an AC which is a must in this weather. They left free snacks and free coffee which is usually rare for hosts and it stood out to us. Mario was very helpful and kind, showed us around. The building is safe and has a security gard which is very nice considering how unsafe Naples is. It was a very memorable stay. Moreover, it's a quiet neighborhood which we appreciated compared to the chaos in the city centre. There are shops and bakeries around so you can snack if you feel hungry. Lastly, we had a balcony so we could dry our towels, bathing suits and enjoy the picturesque view of the city.

The bathroom drain was clogged - we opened to check but there was no issue with it and we made sure to collect our hair during showers. However, I think it's something from the piping system. Another situation which affected us a little bit is the lack of instructions by the host - she is generally good but didnt tell us how to get in the building (it's locked by a door with a code), the floor we need to go to, where to find Mario and it was already getting late. Despite that I believe it was a great stay but more detailed instructions would be helpful and appreciated.

The location was easy walking to the centre or metro. The balcony is a great asset, excellent views.

It would be good if a kettle is provided in the room along with cups. The is a coffee machine located in the common area but was not clean. In the bathroom, rails to hang the towels would be great too.
