It effortlessly blends modern style and vintage flourishes, with Orla Kiely wallpaper, a Scandinavian-style fireplace and bright red 60s-style tub chairs. The sunshine is never far away whether you're inside or out, thanks to the vibrant pops of colour (think lemon yellow cushions, blazing orange rugs and lush green artwork) and a glass door in the living room that completely folds away to let the warm Californian air breeze right through the home. On the patio you can chill out under the turquoise parasol while contemplating lighting the barbecue or taking a dip in the saltwater pool. (We know which we'd choose). And golf fans rejoice: this home is on 8th fairway at the Tahquitz Creek Legend Golf Course in the centre of Palm Springs.
