It’s a great place to retreat to after a busy day in Milan, and the kitchen is particularly spacious with all mod cons. A wall of glass floods the breakfasting table in natural light – the perfect spot for a morning espresso. The host is incredibly attentive, making sure you feel comfortable at all times, and knowledgeable enough to be an upmarket hotel concierge. The apartment is a short walk from the Quadrilatero della Moda, and while the surrounding area has mainly been offices, a blossoming bar scene is beginning to spring up. Besides, it’s just a fifteen-minute walk to the Duomo at the centre of Milan where there are more than enough bars, restaurants and shops to keep you busy.
