About this apartment rental
The Viola is a love letter to purple. We find the colour in all shapes and sizes from chairs to tablecloths, violet to lilac in this home. There’s even a purple Arne Jacobsen Swain chair, which is not something we see every day. This three-bedroom home’s got oodles of character and it’s in a great location, too. And we especially love how The Viola isn’t afraid of bright colour or mixing and matching playful elements with Danish design classics.
Home truths:
* This is a lived-in home, so expect to share the space with some of the host’s belongings like clothes and toys
* When we visited, the wifi wasn’t as fast as we would like it to be
* In true Copenhagen fashion, the bathroom is on the basic side
* As this is a lived-in family home, two of the three bedrooms are clearly set up for children
* This home is located on the second floor with no elevator, so be prepared for some up and down
* It is located close to Nørreport station, which can get noisy at night as it’s full of popular bars, restaurants and clubs
