pros: the pool was naturally warm and big, the terrasse looked over the pool area and was nicely setup and big, location was great, near shops and other areas in las Terrenas by car or taxi, the security staff was very nice and helpful, parking was useful if you rent a car/motorcycle/ATV, and the neighborhood is very calm and chill (nice if you go as a couple, with friends, or with family).
cons: A video camera filming the terrasse constantly, cleanliness (a lot of dust in the closets, fans …), malfunctioning showers, lack of hot water and pressure a lot of mosquitos in this specific residence compared to other residence in the area I have been too),
