I would rate this property amongst the best in dubai. We had a very comfortable stay. Can't have a better view of the palm.

Fantastic view from the balcony. Easy to reach by car and a lot of free parking slots in front. Located very close to Nakheel Mall (which offers a number of nice eateries, such as Din Tai Fung). Good WiFi connection. Very responsive and polite host.
The studio inside is relatively simple for Dubai standards. However, it features everything one might need (we only missed wine glasses:)), and is a very good value for money on the Palm.
