Location is amazing

The apartment has poor sound insulation. Street noise carries straight through the walls, and early-morning work outside is clearly audible. If you’re a light sleeper, rest will be hard to come by.

Tamanho excelente! Dois quartos muito bons, sala grande, varanda bastante agradável, cozinha completa e 2 banheiros completos excelentes! Sistema de ar condicionado/aquecimento funcionando perfeitamente! Toalhas novíssimas e de excelente qualidade e chuveiros muito bons tambem!

O apartamento fica no terceiro andar do edifício e o elevador não estava funcionando em nenhum dos dias! Tivemos que subir e descer TODAS as malas pela escada além de subir e descer obviamente, todos os outros dias… não nos foi avisado previamente! Falei com o anfitrião mas ele disse não poder fazer nada, dado que não tinha controle sobre a administração do edifício! Ponto extremamente negativo, pois se tivéssemos alguém com problema de locomoção, não teríamos como ficar hospedado ali!

Unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The elevator was not working during our entire stay, meaning we had to climb up to the 4th floor every time which became exhausting especially after long hours out. If we had known this beforehand we definitely would have chosen a different place. On top of that, there was construction staff right outside our door papers on the floor and painting supplies left around. right outside our door. It made the space feel messy and unwelcoming. The apartment was decent but these issues significantly affected our stay. I wouldn’t stay here again unless they improve communication about such disruptions.
