We appreciated being to be able to drop our luggage earlier than the planned check in time. Communication was straight forward, and clear. The apartment was comfortable and location was excellent, right in the heart of London.
The advertised facilities were not as we might have expected. The power sockets were either inaccessible, or not in the appropriate locations, eg the kitchenette and none, and some didn't work. Whilst the bed was comfortable there was only one pillow each.
The toiletries were partially used basic shower-gel and shampoo. The bath towels were small, and there was nowhere to hang them in the bathroom.
