La situation géographique est parfaite, proche du quartier Soho et d'un métro. Facile d'accès. jolie déco, wc privatif et aussi d'autres en dehors de la chambres au cas oû. Tout les équipements sont présents ( fer a repasser, vaisselles, sèche-cheveux, grande armoire pour penderie, plus de linge etc d'autres encore).
double sécurité pour accéder à la chambre ( code à l'entrée de l'hôtel et un autre avant de rentrer dans la chambre).
Malheureusement trop lumineux (prendre un masque si on aime dormir dans le sombre) rideaux épais mais pas suffisant. Joli petit ``studio`` ou plutôt une grande chambre et pas de vue, cette pièce est encastrée entre plusieurs bâtiments. Bryant car commerces à côté, lit canapé qui ne s'ouvre pas donc limite pour un ado.
Je souhaiterais que le canapé soit changer car pour la vue c'est impossible de faire quelque chose. (pas de balcon).

There are some construction works in front of the building and they are pretty loud.

We appreciated being to be able to drop our luggage earlier than the planned check in time. Communication was straight forward, and clear. The apartment was comfortable and location was excellent, right in the heart of London.
The advertised facilities were not as we might have expected. The power sockets were either inaccessible, or not in the appropriate locations, eg the kitchenette and none, and some didn't work. Whilst the bed was comfortable there was only one pillow each.
The toiletries were partially used basic shower-gel and shampoo. The bath towels were small, and there was nowhere to hang them in the bathroom.
