We had a great stay at this property. It was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The room had a mini fridge and excellent air conditioning, which made the stay more enjoyable. Complimentary croissants and biscuits were a nice touch. The location was very convenient, with bus and metro stations just outside the door and a supermarket 7-minute walk away. I would happily stay here again.
The entry system seemed a bit complicated at first, as it requires a phone with battery and internet access. However, we quickly figured it out and had no issues afterward.

Excellent location next to Ostiense train station with direct access to Fiumicino Airport. 20 minutes on foot to reach the Colosseum.
Clean, comfy, access to the building on your phone.
The host was extremely helpful with our luggage. We arrived early and left late, so we could leave the luggage at the accommodation even outside of the normal hours.

The location of the property is AMAZING, super close to both train station and metro, it is super easy to arrive from it to the historical city center or termini train station. The apartment was very clean, everything was excellent, also the staff is polite and helpful (we were able to leave our luggage before check-in and after check-out), always answering fast.
