As usual, this place is great! It’s my second time staying at this guesthouse, and I still love the setting. It’s clean, stylish, quiet, and conveniently located near both the metro and train stations. I always feel at home here.

One small issue that’s not the guesthouse’s fault: the elevator won’t work unless the inner door is properly closed. Unfortunately, some guests leave it open, preventing everyone else from using it. A clearer reminder for guests might help.

The apartment is gorgeous, and the owners really want the guests to feel welcome. There were some snacks, and water (very much needed after being in the heat🫶🏼☀️) and also, the owner is so attentive, messaged to check if everything is ok, and even let us keep our luggage for a few hours after check out, so we didn’t have to struggle all day with it in this heat. Just lovely, I would definitely come back if I’m ever back in Rome.

We had a great stay at this property. It was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The room had a mini fridge and excellent air conditioning, which made the stay more enjoyable. Complimentary croissants and biscuits were a nice touch. The location was very convenient, with bus and metro stations just outside the door and a supermarket 7-minute walk away. I would happily stay here again.
The entry system seemed a bit complicated at first, as it requires a phone with battery and internet access. However, we quickly figured it out and had no issues afterward.

Excellent location next to Ostiense train station with direct access to Fiumicino Airport. 20 minutes on foot to reach the Colosseum.
Clean, comfy, access to the building on your phone.
The host was extremely helpful with our luggage. We arrived early and left late, so we could leave the luggage at the accommodation even outside of the normal hours.
