Die Lage der Wohnung, nur wenige Meter vom Meer und dem nächsten Strand entfernt, entfernt ist herausragend. Die Wohnung ist mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, großzügigen Schränken (und Bügeln) sehr gut ausgestattet. Bereitstellung von Kaffeepads erfolgt. Die Vermieter sind jederzeit erreichbar und unterstützen bei kleineren Problemen. Fahrräder stehen zur Vfg, Parken vor dem Haus möglich
Balkon kleiner als erwartet, direkte Straßenlage. Kleinere Ergänzungen bzw Austausch der Ausstattung der Küche waren hilfreich Erneuerung Korbtisch Balkon angezeigt Die zwischenzeitlich in der Hauptsaison aufgerufenen Preise sind grundsätzlich absolut unverhältnismäßig und überzogen.

Good location, 30mins walk into town. Bicycles provided which was so good for the type of active holiday we required. Property was lovely and clean. Petra was great and very kindly picked us up & dropped us off at the port.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und geräumig. Es gibt zwei Badezimmer und zwei Schlafzimmer. Der Strand ist zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Der Vermieter Petar war super nett und hat sogar eigenes Olivenöl, welches wir verkosten durften und natürlich auch mitnehmen konnten. Wirklich super lecker. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschönes lichtdurchflutetes modernes Appartement im 1. Stock, in dem wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt haben. Die Ausstattung war sehr umfangreich und wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der City-Beach ist ca.2 Min. die Borik-Bucht ca. 10-15 Min. zu Fuß entfernt. Die Altstadt von Rovinj ist fussläufig am Meer entlang mit Blick auf die Altstadt in ca. 15 Min. gut und kurzweilig erreichbar.
