C'est en dehors de la ville et l'on peut tout de même accéder à pied à deux restaurants sympathiques. Environnement verdoyant très agréable. La proximité de la voie ferrée n'est pas gênante au niveau du bruit car il y a très peu de trains.
Le parking est dans la rue, pas de parking privé comme indiqué sur l'annonce. Pas de volets, donc réveil avec le lever du soleil. Équipement de cuisine fonctionnel mais un peu vieillot (plaques de cuisson). Mérite la mention bien, pas très bien, encore moins excellent.
