Die Lage war in einem Stadtteil von Bad Harzburg an einer wenig befahrenen Straße. Das Auto konnte bequem vor dem Haus abgestellt werden. Mit dem Stadtbus war man schnell im Zentrum bzw. am Burgberg. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung war schön mit einem großen Fernseher.
