Eigenares communiceert vriendelijk via WhatsApp. Vroeger check in was ook mogelijk waarvoor in zeer dankbaar ben. Lokatie is geografisch goed gelegen voor wie goed te been is. Het is een drukke en lawaaierige buurt tot 2uur s' nachts. Maar door de drukte, er is ook een bepaalde sociale controle, ik voelde me niet onveilig.
Waterkoker en koelkast zijn in een gemeenschappelijke ruimte, niet in de kamer zoals het in beschrijving staat.

o quarto tinha forte cheiro de mofo pela manhã, pois a noite permanecia fechado para dormir, acredito que por causa da cortina, que tinham manchas de mofo. Além disso, o fio do lustre estava com MUITA poeira visível desde o primeiro dia.

The location is good because is in the city center, you can easily achieve monuments, palace, metro and bus tram station, restaurant and bars. Fair price for a small single bedroom with shares bathroom.
However, in the night it's impossible to sleep because of the noises coming from the street. You have to shut down the window to lower the noises. The common bathroom wasn't very clean :(
