Great location with everything you needed for a boys golf trip to Club NZ Nationals in Alexandra. Clean tidy & great shower pressure.

A house that can sleep 8 with only one toilet & one bathroom & shower even though the shower room is separate. But 6 guys managed ok.

Good location, easy to find and quiet. Rooms were comfortable and the kitchen had what we needed to cook for ourselves when we wanted to. Clean and tidy and well equiped.

Property felt a bit jaded and in need of a freshen up but this was reflected in the price. Single set of bathroom facilities (despite being in separate rooms) was a challenge for four sharing and would be a greater challenge for a larger number.

It was a great house - a large lounge and dining. Fully fenced back yard for the dogs, who were also allowed inside. Heaps of beds - we each had a room. Linen was divine - very clean and heaps of towels. Shower pressure was excellent, and a bonus was that it was in a separate room from the toilet and the bathroom, so multiple people can get ready at the same time. Heaps of kitchen utensils so you can cook anything you want. Beer fridge too! Fire had plenty of kindling and wood already there for us. Very clean house. A little dated but really, that didn't matter.

Shower door doesn't shut properly. Heat pump tricky to get going. Would have been good to have instructions on how to use the TV - we couldn't work out how to just watch normal tv.

The house had tea and coffee facilities that were appreciated, there were plenty of bedrooms, beads were well made with clean and crisp sheets, we would have liked to have used the fire bit did not have time

There was really insufficient seating for our group, the décor was a little old, we had E bikes that needed charging so it was difficult to get them up the stairs.
