Atico 307-Jacuzzi Privado & Pool

The location of the property is ideal with playa pinta beach being around 10 mins walk, the apartment is a great size and feels homely. A few small maintenance needs but nothing that would cause any issues, will definitely be staying here again, without a doubt one of the best apartments I have ever stopped in especially for the price.

The creaky floor in the bedroom was a little loud when waking around in the night and a loose tap I the bathroom was the only issues. Don’t let this out you off at all

Las instalaciones son lo mejor, tiene una terraza magnífica y grande que dispone de un jacuzzi y unas hamacas, perfecta para tomar el sol. El apartamento está muy completo y tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia perfecta.

Hay pocas cosas que decir, pero si tuviera que poner un pero quizá hace falta mejorar algunas cosas, como por ejemplo el wc o la puerta de entrada, ya que solo cierra con llave.

Great location, within walking distance to the gym, supermarket, and beach. The property had everything I needed, and as a solo female traveler I felt very safe. The staff was friendly, and the place was clean and bright—exactly as shown in the photos. I really enjoyed my stay and would stay there again.

I had an issue entering the property upon arrival, but the staff sent help right away and the door was fixed the next day, which I appreciated. There were a few small things that could be improved in the apartment: the toilet flush button was missing, and the bedroom floor is quite squeaky. I wake up around 6 a.m. to go to the gym, and the noise made me feel a bit bad for the downstairs neighbors—adding a small rug or carpet could help. There is also a restaurant downstairs that sometimes has karaoke that can go past midnight, so earplugs were helpful. Overall, nothing major, just a few minor details to be aware of.

Good location, (although could be a little noisy at night). Convenient to shops, restaurants, beach etc. Spacious apartment for 2 people. Good patio area, nice clean pool with lots of space and sufficient sun loungers.

The apartment needs updating & money spent on it. It is very disappointing to see that most of the issues we encountered were highlighted by previous guests, (some over 2 years ago) and yet they have not been addressed. The sofa in the living room needs replacing as it is very unclean and some of the outside furniture is in very poor condition. As a previous guest mentioned an instruction manual wood be very useful. Door to the apartment is tricky to open and cannot be closed without the key. Lid of the bin in the kitchen broken, Toilet seat lid broken, toilet flush button missing and one of the taps in the bathroom sink is very loose. Bedroom and living area floor is raised about 3 inches above the kitchen floor and is a serious trip hazard. Part of this "step-up" had not been cleaned and there was a lot of dust and fluff there when we arrived. Also the floor in the bedroom is very creaky. There were a lot of tiny insects in the kitchen especially around the sink & we saw 2 cockroaches in the kitchen. I know this can be an issue in warmer climates but I imagine there are repellants that can be put in place to prevent this. Although there are 2 TVs, they are outdated and should be replaced with smart TVs, very few English speaking channels available. This apartment has such good potential and could be so much better if (a) the longstanding issues were addressed and (b) some efforts were made to update it. In my opinion it would not require a huge budget to do this. As it currently stands, I would be slow to recommend this apartment.
