The Hobbit House and Secret Garden

Private and very well equipped. Very peaceful break in a wonderful setting. Loads of attention to detail, the bird feeder was amazing for attracting the wildlife right to us. Great fire pit and outdoor kitchen had all we needed to cook our meals and enjoy the peace of nature

A bit more lighting in the room itself would be great. The flicker lamp was amazing for atmosphere but some solid lighting would be handy for practical things packing/unpacking for example rather than using a torch

Every single thing. This our 4th visit, and we only live 2 miles away, but it's my slice of nature and perfection that helps me reset.

Was an amazing stay, so peaceful and lovely will be returning for sure, such lovely people and just all together such a nice and relaxing experience and place. Thank you for an incredible time x

Where do I start We have stayed in many lovely places around the world But the hobbit house and secret garden is on another level From the second you walk through the door you are in your own private world The fountain area is a sun trap surrounded by a mix of different fruit trees The garden is beautiful it’s looks like it is a wild garden but if you really look you can see it is very lovingly cared for The hobbit house is sooo nice and the bed is one of the comfiest I have slept in The toilet and shower are so private you can leave the curtain and the door open if you like no one can see you The kitchen area has everything you could need My husband loved cooking on the open fire and then chilling in the hammock If your looking for somewhere to switch off escape the world and calm your mind this is most defiantly the place Bring your food and your towel Lock the door and un plug
