Awesome facility - lots of mutual spaces - full kitchen, social areas in addition to comfortable and clean private bedrooms and bathrooms. Excellent breakfast.

Close to the beach. Historical building.
Paper thin walls, can hear everything from the next room. Press button shower and faucet is a bit annoying, you have to keep pressing it during shower to get continuous water. Mold from damp outer walls. Breakfast had very few options.
