Finca las Encinas

Our hosts, Charly and Isa, went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect family holiday. Communication was brilliant even before we arrived, and they were there to welcome us, hand over the keys, give us a tour and make sure we had everything we needed. The villa was perfect for our family - incredibly spacious, bright, airy and spotlessly clean. Every bedroom having its own bathroom was brilliant, the beds were SO comfortable, and fluffy towels were provided for both bathrooms and the pool. The pool was incredible: beautifully clean, perfect temperature every day, plenty of shade for the kids and six loungers - one for each of us! The kitchen and laundry room were exceptionally well equipped, and we loved the BBQ area so much that we grilled outside almost every night. And then there are the grounds. SPECTACULAR. The trees, greenery, flowers and views are breathtaking. Sunrise, sunset, mountains - every direction you look to feels like another postcard. There are so many outdoor seating areas and the grounds are huge, so you feel completely disconnected from the world in the best possible way. Walking around with a coffee in the morning was absolute bliss. Charly and Isa made it even more special. They offered us fresh vegetables from their farm (including possibly the best lettuce I've ever eaten!) and when we ran short of lemons, within minutes they appeared with some. Nothing was too much trouble. There are several supermarkets nearby, plenty of parking, the villa feels extremely private and secure, and Málaga airport was around a 1.5-hour drive. I always say I wouldn't return to the same holiday location two years in a row because there are too many places to explore… this is the first place that might make me break that rule. The house, setting and especially Charly and Isa's hosting were second to none. An absolute must-book! ❤️

Genuinely nothing! Everything was perfect!

Nos encanto todo. Imposible de valorar algo negativo. Los anfitriones súper excelentes. La casa preciosa y espaciosa. los dormitorios enormes y con baños incluidos. La cocina totalmente equipada. Y la piscina todo el día le da el sol. Tiene la zona de barbacoa perfecta. Y las terrazas totalmente equipadas y cómodas. Un gran acierto en todo.

A lovely house in a gorgeous location, the views are unbeatable. We had the most idyllic and restful five days. Isa and Charly are lovely hosts, super helpful (we even got eggs straight from their chickens). The house is spacious and comfortable, lovely outside bbq and eating area. Good pool. Close to Ronda so ideal for hiking and sightseeing.

The peaceful surroundings soon make you forget about everything, but some of the (outside) furniture is getting a little tired.

Pool wasn’t clean and many wasps around the pool so unable to sunbath poolside. Owners staying in the basement of the property which hadn’t been advised in the advert, rather disappointed and uncomfortable with this.
