The house was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect! Right near the shore (you can hear the sea from the yard). Downtown is a short 10 minute walk. The place is calm (no noise at night - temporary construction noise during the day). Although small, the living area is well designed and the place never felt crowed. The yard is shady most of the day thanks to the trees surrounding the house. The host provided great information.
The stairs are narrow, steep, and the steps short. They seem dangerous for elderly people and teens (my daughter almost fell down trying to rush to the beach). Just be careful going up and down the stairs.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le côté cosy de la maison, sa décoration soignée, sa propreté et ses espaces agréables. La terrasse et son petit jardin ont également été un véritable atout. Enfin, la proximité du centre-ville et des chemins côtiers nous a permis de tout faire à pied, sans avoir besoin de prendre la voiture.
La communication avec Frédérique a été simple, agréable et efficace tout au long de notre séjour.
En revanche, nous n'avons pas eu de chance avec des travaux bruyants dans la propriété voisine, qui nous ont contraints à plusieurs réveils matinaux.
Par ailleurs, les poubelles débordaient à notre arrivée, car elles n'avaient manifestement pas été sorties pour le ramassage hebdomadaire depuis quelque temps.

L’emplacement est parfait, à côté de la mer sans être bruyant. La cuisine est bien équipée, les vaisselles, des ustensiles aussi. La maison est bien décorée, cosy, très propre.
Le long de la côte , très belle vue , sentiers bien aménagés pour des belles promenades;facile d’accès au centre ville où il y a des restaurants et commerces.
