About this house rental
Charming new villa, very bright located 400m from the beach of Noeveillard, 500m from shops, 1km from the old port and golf course at 100m. Customs trail nearby for walkers and joggers.
Accommodation for 8 people, 500m2 garden, large south-facing terrace.
Large openings bring clarity and well-being to this recent house, fully furnished and comfortable.
Single closed garage, possibility to park two other vehicles in the yard.
Bikes are available, car not necessary,
possibility of picking you up at Pornic train station.

- open and fully equipped kitchen with beautiful central island, oven, induction hob and dishwasher

This is our second visit. House just right. 10 minutes walk to supermarket. 10 minutes to beach. 15 minutes to town and restaurants. Garden sun all day so meals home a pleasure.

A modern,clean and bright house with loads of space both inside and out. The location gives easy access to the beach (10mins) and the old town (15mins). Our visit coincided with the hottest temperatures in France for many years, which made sleeping very difficult. An electric fan in the house would have been welcome.
The host, Fabian, was very helpful and easy to contact if needed..
I would certainly recommend this property.

Pornic was a wonderful location for our 10 days in pay de la Loire and a perfect base to explore the coast north and south . Gorgeous castles such as the ramparts in Geraude, Clisson and Nantes. We had a great day out on Noirmontier and Pornichet. Pornic had beautiful coastal walks where we walked for miles and the kids loved the bikes for cycling around the town. The train station was also within easy walking distance of the house and we enjoyed a day out in Nantes after travelling by train.
The resturants in Pornic and around the area served delicious sea food and sandwiches for lunch but we would recommend booking dinner in advance on busy weekends. There were plenty of fish shops to buy fresh fish for the barbecue in the garden where we had dinner many nights as well. The garden was great for playing boules and badminton in the evenings. The house was the perfect base and we would highly recommend Pornic and this house as a holiday destination.
