we wanted a place close to Garda lake but quite and relax and it was beyond our expectations. Eva was lovely and warm, she wait for us after the check in time and welcome us like we are family. the apartment was very big, comfy and pretty. also, Eva was very kind and allowed us leave the baggage after the check out.

It is a nice place to stay when exploring aroung the Garda lake or when visiting Gardaland.

Owner (Eva) is very friendly and flexible. The room (Deluxe) was clean and nicely furnished, also the bathroom was above our expectations. There were free snacks and coffe available in the room. The room had window mosquito net, shutters and air conditioner. Parking is free and available in front of the house or near the local school (which is very near). It is a good starting point to explore the Garda lake.

Our room had glass door, even though there were blinds on the inside, it was still very bright during the night, because the lights on the therrace were turned on all night. Pillows were extremely hard and uncomfortable. The problem during online reservation is that you are not sure which room you will get, because uploaded photos on Booking are not marked with names of the rooms. Also on the confirmation is stated that you have to pay additional fee for parking and to pay the deposit. However, this was fortunately not the case (parking is free of charge and deposit is not required). It would be better, if these information are corrected and updated on Booking.

La jacuzzi è maravilhosa, in un terrazzino che da la possibilità di fare un aperitivo serale con la luna che ci guarda. Poi l'appartamento è un gioiello di stilo, curato in ogni dettaglio.

Appartamento bellissimo e curato nei minimi dettagli , posto tranquillo, la presenza della jacuzzi privata in terrazza è davvero una chicca, ci torneremo sicuramente I proprietari gentilissimi e attenti alle esigenze del cliente

Oltre le aspettative!

L'appartamento è molto bello e curato, collocato in una zona tranquilla e lontana dal tambusto del centro che è comunque raggiungibile in pochi minuti di auto. Il proprietario Ivan è stato gentile, disponibile e molto presente per qualsiasi necessità. Naturalmente il fiore all'occhiello di questo appartamento è la fantastica Jacuzzi collocata in uno spazio che gode di assoluta privacy. Consigliatissimo, da ritornarci.

A un passo dal lago

La gentilezza e disponibilità di Eva, la proprietaria fa la differenza. Posizione ideale per visitare tutto il circondario a due minuti dal centro di Peschiera e a pochi minuti da Gardaland. Stanza molto pulita e letto davvero comodo, con un bagno molto funzionale.

L'unica pecca era, per il nostro caso, la stanza mansardata che per me alto 1.90 creava qualche difficoltà ma dovendoci solo dormire non è stato nulla di problematico.

Abbiamo alloggiato nella Suite King, splendido appartamento spazioso e arredato con gusto dotato di tutti i comfort. Il terrazzino privato ed appartato dispone di una meravigliosa jacuzzi ad uso esclusivo. Alloggio pulitissimo, host gentile e disponibile. È stato davvero un bellissimo soggiorno, oltre le nostre aspettative! Consigliatissimo, torneremo sicuramente!

Ma le cose accadono per poterci far conoscere persone splendide come Eva...gentilissima nell'accoglienza, professionale e simpatica. Camera molto bella ,spaziosa ,pulitissima. Abbiamo preso la Junior Suite, elegante e davvero accogliente, incredibilmente comoda, ha risposto a tutte le nostre aspettative. L'host super gentile ha atteso il nostro arrivo e ci ha dato indicazioni per arrivare e dove parcheggiare. Torneremo sicuramente!

Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo soggiornato nell’appartamento con jacuzzi per 4 notti ed è stata un’esperienza davvero meravigliosa. L’appartamento è accogliente, pulito e curato in ogni dettaglio, perfetto per rilassarsi e staccare dalla routine quotidiana. La jacuzzi è stata il vero punto forte: comoda, funzionale e ideale per momenti di puro relax, soprattutto la sera. La signora Eva è una padrona di casa eccezionale: molto gentile, disponibile e sempre pronta ad aiutare. In caso di qualsiasi problema o dubbio, basta scriverle e lei risponde subito, cercando sempre di risolvere tutto nel migliore dei modi. Siamo stati davvero bene e ci siamo sentiti come a casa. È un posto che consigliamo con il cuore e in cui sicuramente torneremo appena possibile!

Die Lage fern ab… Hat nichts mit einer gemütlichen Unterkunft zu tun. Ich hatte nach einem Hotel gesucht. Hier habe ich wohl nicht korrekt gelesen und bin in dieser Bude gelandet. Sauber war es

Beau logement bien situé mais literie peu confortable

Logement très proche de Peschiera Del Garda. 2 places de parking devant le logement sinon un parking public à 2 minutes à pieds est accessible. Eva qui nous a accueilli est très sympathique. Logement conforme aux photos et très propre. Une bouilloire et des petits gâteaux sont à disposition dans la chambre.

Le lit n'était pas confortable du tout, beaucoup trop dur à notre goût (nous avions réservé ce logement pour les bonnes notes à ce sujet donc très déçu) et les oreillers sont beaucoup trop gros. Un simple rideau sert à obstruer la lumière mais elle passe facilement sur les côtés. Nous sommes arrivés après 20h suite à des embouteillages et on nous a demandé un supplément alors que la remise des clés était tout à fait possible via les boîtes à clés, et les papiers administratifs pouvaient être fait le lendemain, nous ne trouvons pas cela arrangeant du tout. Eva ne parle pas bien anglais, la communication écrite se fait en Italien. Enfin, WIFI de mauvaise qualité ne nous permettant pas de caster sur la TV (donc TV connectée pour rien). Il n'y a pas de hammam et le jacuzzi est dans une chambre privée, nous n'y avions pas accès : la description dans booking peut prêter à confusion.

*# Geen ramen, deuren en ventilatie:* Helaas had de kamer geen raam, deuren, balkon tbv ventilatie, wat een heel benauwd gevoel gaf zonder frisse lucht en zeker na het douchen. Dat moet zeker vermeld worden op Booking.com. Er was wel een elektrische ventilatie op de toilet, die overigens zeer veel herrie produceert, dus 's avond (stilletjes voor je slapende partner) naar het toilet gaan zit er niet bij. *# Douche in kamer:* Waar men vaak denkt dat douchen in de slaapkamer erg romantisch is, was het hier alleen erg benauwend, hoge luchtvochtigheid in de kamer en de temperatuur stijgt erg. Zeker zonder ramen, deuren en/of balkon tbv ventilatie. Je bent dus gedwongen de buiten-/kamerdeur open te doen. Wel is het zo'n all in one cabine, bluetooth muziek, douche, grote douche kop, stoomfunctie. Stomen is leuk maar dan weet je dat na het douchen de kamer ook meegenieten van de temperatuur en luchtvochtigheid. *# Geen deken, maar laken:* Ook is op het het bed maar 1 heel dun laken. Dekens zijn niet aanwezig in de kamer en op navraag aan de host is er 1 deken gegeven. *# Kans op geen parkeerplaats:* Er zijn maar 2 (ongedefinieerde) parkeerplaatsen en met 3 appartementen heeft er dus altijd iemand geen parkeerplek. Dan moet je je auto 150 verder op een openbare, afgelegen, onbeheerde en donkere parkeerplaats verderop parkeren. Wat niet zo'n fijn gevoel is zo buitenaf, zeker niet als je al een weet dat buitenlandse auto's vaker doelwit zijn van inbraak in italie. *# Sleutel:* Het andere minpunt is dat er was gezegd dat we de sleutel in t sleutelkastje moesten doen als we weg zouden gaan tbv schoonmaker. Het gaf ons geen veilig gevoel een sleutel achter te laten in een kastje, hoe vaak wordt de code gewijzigd, wie weet deze code nog meer en de beheerster moest zelf nog even de code in het kantoor opzoeken, dus staat de (vaste) code ergens vermeld? *# Geen schoonmaak (3 overnachtingen!
