Comfortable beautiful design house Namur

The house is beautiful, the design objects chosen were great, the hosts have great taste. The house was so comfortable and cozy, had a great time. There is a bus line next to the house that goes directly to the Central station so it was very handy. But also the house is walking distance to the center.

An artistic paradise in the city

We loved the design of the apartment, there is a lot to explore inside the property. We enjoyed the vinyl player a lot and eating in the garden. We took the bikes out for a spin which was also a pleasant surprise. The fun themed robes were also a plus!

This is a REALLY nice place ! One of the best we've ever seen. Great value for money.

Great location, a mere 10 minutes walk from the city center. Quiet at night, bedroom facing the garden. Comfortable bed, amazing interior in a beautiful property ! Really nice ! Comfortable walk-in shower (with rain shower !) We were lucky to find parking space around the property. Host Emilie is great, all is very well explained, easy access with door codes.

Unique experience in beautifully designed apartment

Really beautiful show home. Wonderful to have an opportunity to stay somewhere like this. Most things you see are for sale so you can buy if you really like it (it also frightened me as I'm quite clumsy!) The light is wonderful. Kitchen stocked with all sorts of utensils/crockery/cooking equipment you might need. It was so lovely to have a garden to relax in too. The owners who met us at check in were really lovely and made us feel welcome, enforcing that this was our home for the weekend and to make full use of the facilities for example the record player etc. Beautiful shower room with little bar soap, shampoo, conditioner from local supplier provided to sample. Also a variety of tea samples provided. This was a really good idea as I need up buying myself the soap one myself and also tea to take home. Washing machine and drier machine provided, also an iron/ironing board, and a few hangers in the wardrobe. I also liked that there were three different bins for sorting your rubbish. It was also great that there was no TV! Oh and there is a great bakery a couple of doors down. The main bit of the old town was 15 minutes walk away and there are town bicycles you can rent per hour just a walk up the street from the apartment. Also a place where you can recycling glass.

This is not the fault of the accommodation but just something to be aware about before you book: the bedroom is up a spiral staircase which is quite creaky (noise wise) whilst everything else is on the groundfloor. This was fine for us but if you have mobility issues or are someone that needs to go to the loo or kitchen in the night, then you might want to consider this before booking. It would have been useful if there was a clothes rack to dry stuff by are in the garden, but this is a personal preference.. Personally I found the mattress too soft. I know that this is the concept but there was a lot of expensive ornaments around that I was worried about breaking as the had the price on them. Maybe this would not worry others.

This apartment was simply perfect. Genuinely nice apartment with a very good garden. Perfect placement according to the city center. The host was verry nice and helpful. We had a very pleasant stay in the apartment.

Remarkable house with an equally remarkable space assigned to guests. A joy!

The house is grand, but also beautifully restored, and the section assigned to the apartment to rent houses an extraordinary collection of mid-late 20th century art and furniture, all for the guests to use and enjoy... and, if so inclined, to buy! The kitchen is modern and slick, the bathroom is cutting edge, and the charming garden is exclusively for the use of guests and barely overlooked. There is a vintage stereo with a great selection of vinyl records to play: the serendipity of this is how we were introduced to Odezenne, a band from Bordeaux, whose style is an eclectic cross between chanson and rap. There are parking restrictions on the nearby street but it's free for up to three hours if you display a 'blue disc' in the windscreen to show the time the car is parked. We didn't have a disc but our host very helpfully loaned us one.

The door to the bathroom gives straight onto the base of the spiral staircase and it is fine once you are used to it, but the first couple of times of exiting the bathroom leaves you slightly surprised to find an obstruction fairly close to it.

Everything. It was breathtaking, so much to look at, a feast for the eyes but with every home comfort you could possibly need. It was furnished to the highest quality, it was immaculate and spotlessly clean. Couldn’t fault it in any way. Nicolas was very welcoming and there was lots of information on things to do and places to eat and shop etc.

Groot ruim huis met grote tuin. Heel veel kunst in huis dus je kijkt je ogen uit. Ruime badkamer. Centrum is makkelijk aan te lopen. Parkeren gratis op straat. Bakkerij naast de deur.

Top appartement om te verblijven. Nog nooit heb ik zo mooi ergens gelogeerd. Hou je van vintage- midcentury stijl dan is dit appartement zeker een "must do" op je vakantielijstje. Fijne lectuur/boeken om in te bladeren ook :) er is aan alles gedacht ieder hoekje is er nuttig en mooi benut. Ik ben fan zeker ééntje om terug te keren!!

De stijle draaitrap naar boven is het enige minpuntje maar dit nam ik er graag bij!

Logement d’une belle architecture et décoré avec goût ! Tout le mobilier ainsi que les moindres objets vintages rendent l’expérience incroyable. Petit plus pour les disques vinyles dont les vinyles dédicacés d’Odezenne ! Nous avons passé un très bon moment !

Halte belge étonnante et haut de gamme, originale et accueillante! pour un effeft whaouh!

L'accueil etait très agréable et le lieu est à la hauteur des photos. Il y a un effet whaouh! on est vraiment en Belgique avec ce melange de design et d'authenticité. Café à dispo excellent et superette pas loin si on veut avoir un petit dej. Très proche de la vieille ville où il est facile de trouver des bons restos! A dispo une platine et des vinyls à écouter sur des superbes enceintes!
