L'appartamento è ben ristrutturato con una vista meravigliosa dal terrazzo e dalla camera da letto. Ottimo l'ingresso indipendente e la posizione nel cuore del centro storico. Inoltre, è possibile accedere ad un bar pasticceria artigianale convenzionato per la colazione dall'interno, senza uscire dal portone dello stabile.
Sebbene il bar pasticceria convenzionato abbia ottimi prodotti, la colazione inclusa è un voucher di 3€ che copre al massimo cornetto e cappuccino, quindi senza colazione continentale che per gli stranieri potrebbe essere indispensabile (e anche per variare un po' stando via tutto il giorno). Tuttavia in casa è possibile farsi autonomamente e gratuitamente té (con bollitore) e caffé (con macchinetta a cialde).
