Location - superb Clean - great location

3rd floor no stairs !!!

We booked 301. The rooms are numbered by floor so we were 3rd floor. Not an issue to climb the outdoor steps. Payed to park there which is a plus because u cannot park overnight on street. Entrance with key pad was easy. Apartment is all updated, clean and fresh. Pictures are accurate. The shades are room darkening so was nice to sleep in. Great to have washer dryer! It rained so we needed to dry our clothes. They have multiple rentals in the buildings. Great coffee shop on street. There is a bar/restaurant next door. We walked about 20 minutes to College. We didnt know Charleston so this is a bit of the outskirts of all the famous shopping, museum, restaurants areas but totally walk or bikable to. There is a cleaning fee so it’s annoying that guests need to take out trash, strip beds, and do the dishes. Thats why you pay a cleaning crew. I believe it was 150$? And thats alot to clean a small apartment!! They should be taking out the trash and running the dishwasher and doing the sheets! Overall excellent and would stay again. The only recommendation I have to owners is top down shades!!! If u wanted light in the bedroom u had to lift shades from bottom up and lose your privacy! Having ones that come down from the top are a design must!! So u get light but no one sees u changing.

Did not like having to do the cleaning crews chores!!!
