Casa pulitissima , con tutti i servizi necessari , ideale per una famiglia. Molto utile il box privato motorizzato che con il casino dei parcheggi a Saranda ci ha aiutato tantissimo. Come punto strategico ideale per visitare le spiaggie di Ksamil, da 10 a 30 Min distanti. Condominio munito di ascensore , utile per chi ha bambini piccoli / passeggino. Terrazzo vista mare uno spettacolo dove abbiamo goduto qualche cena a casa . Tutti servizi vicini , supermercati ,Bakery , farmacie,bar , le spiaggie più vicine si possono raggiungere a piedi senza spostarsi con l'auto .
