I stayed for about 20 days and it was nice that it was cleaned on a weekly basis.

It had all the functionality of an apartment and equipped, walkable distance to a grocery store and about 15-20mins to Luisa Todi, where there are all ranges of restaurants and a supermarkets and other socialising activities. The host was friendly and helpful.
Lack of attention to detail, it could be much better place with more control of cleaning process. No window curtains in any of the rooms, especially in sitting area (not even shutters). One of the bed is too hard and makes noise when sleeping on. Poor lighting in the bedrooms, inappropriate wallpaper in one of the bedroom, as we have young children.
