Lovely property in beautiful surrounds, roomy, warm, comfortable and clean. Well equipped with lots extra touches like condiments, milk. Lovely heated floors which was great for our winter visit.

Great stay with a beautiful backdrop!

Paul had a collection of Disney movies and a DVD player in the room which really made the highlight of the trip. The stay was very comfortable and beautifully decorated.

The bathroom did not have any hooks to hang clothes or towel and the back door (between the stairs and kitchen), did not have any curtains

Lovely and Cozy Cottage

We loved this place! The cottage is so nice and cozy, well located between Bundoran and Donegal Town (just 5 minutes from Ballyshannon). The location was perfect for our trip, as well as the facilities in the house, with a furnished kitchen with everything we needed (tea, coffee, milk and some welcome treats provided by the host). The bedroom is at the second floor, with 2 double beds that were really comfortable. The host, Paul, was kind, friendly and helpful, a real irish man that made us feeling at home. We can't wait to come back again to this beautiful place.

Amazing!

Me and my partners stay here was immaculate. We booked it just to have a we chill night away and we had a quiet lovely stay over here. The host was lovely and made us feel very welcome. The beds were super comfortable. A lovely area to stay, and a beautiful bar 1 minute drive with beautiful food we were able to take away to bring back with us to chill out.

Lovely, cosy place to stay

Everything! Extremely clean, warm, the kitchen had absolutely everything you could need, the beds were comfortable, the kids loved waking up looking out at the sheep! It’s very close to Ballyshannon and a lovely quiet area. We will definitely stay again when in the area. The host was fantastic too, checking if we needed anything etc.

The only thing to mention here is that there’s a door in the bedroom upstairs that opens up to the outside, so a big drop. The door can be locked but it is a safety concern with little kids. We just didn’t allow them upstairs without us.

The stay was quiet and comfortable. The host made us feel right at home. The property is fully stocked for bringing your own meals to prepare. It has been well cared for and maintained. Highly recommended if your travels through Ireland lead you this way.

Loved the location and our host Paul was a very nice guy. The accomodation was so surprising, a beaut little cottage stay.

There was no breakfast provided, probably suggest cereal and milk with some fruit would have been nice and up his price a little then.

Wonderful house! It has everything guests need. Everything is very clean and well-kept. The atmosphere of the house, books, fireplace, everything creates the feeling that this is not a house for renting to guests, but a house in which you live. This is very important for travelers and is necessary for a real vacation. Special thanks to the hospitable owner. It is nice to talk to a real Irishman and feel real Irish hospitality. We recommend this place to everyone!

Quiet stop over spot. Nice and relaxing

Lovely Quiet spot, with a nice take away pub close by. We stopped off on the way to Letterkenny with our 9 month old twins, and it was ideal.

Brilliant house to stay in and very friendly and accommodating host

Everything about our stay was amazing. The house itself was fantastic we loved the attention to detail throughout and the rural location, although it's only a short drive to Bundoran and surrounding towns. The house was immaculate and clean, also beds were very comfy! Paul as a host was brillliant very friendly man who even made a very late night call to fix the toilet and came straight away! We will be back hopefully very soon

Ideal for restful break

Very enjoyable 1 night stay, the property is exactly as advertised and had everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. Paul couldn't have been more helpful, even offering to give me a lift to/from nearby Ballyshannon and check in/out was very easy. Nearby Whoriskey's pub does a great pint of guinness and the food was highly rated. Highly recommend this property!

Great location, minutes from the main road. Quiet, surrounded by fields. Well equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare our own dinner and breakfast the following morning. Host supplied condiments for kitchen and left us tea, coffee and milk in the fridge. Large sleeping space on second floor with two large comfortable beds.

A little gem in a lovely location

Very conveniently located between Ballyshannon and Donegal Town in a lovely location. Beautiful self contained apartment with living room and kitchenette downstairs, very spacious bedroom upstairs. Very tastefully decorated, all facilities you could ask for in place. Lovely and very welcoming host, couldn’t have asked for any more. Highly recommended!

The bed was the most comfortable bed of my stay. Paul was very charming and the place was easy to get to and near so many destinations. It was a lovely stay

The upstairs needs tissue boxes as the bathroom is downstairs. The stairs are steep and short (which isn't a criticism, just a note for fellow travelers). The kitchen could use spices for guests who prefer to cook

Great place for exploring the Wild Atlantic Way with a superfriendly, hospitable host!

Very peacefull and quiet property with a fantastic view. Really enjoyed watching our neighbours, the sheep grazing in the field. Even had a gardenset with comfy cushions to sit outside and catch some more sun after a daytrip. Very friendly host who provided us with a very warm welcome. We even found a basket with Irish delicacies on the kitchentable. Nice surprise! Comfy beds, local pub nearby (just a 10 minute walk) for a pint and good food. Great location for exploring some of the sigths, forrest- and cliffwalks as part of the Wild Atlantic Way. Highly recommended!

If there is one thing we missed in this lovely house, it would only be a small coffeetable near the couch. But who cares about that? :-)
