The location is amazing, loved the town, proximity to the beach (50meters), no crowds, high street with shops and pubs, Waitrose 10 min walk. Did the puddling at the sea , a bit wavy but great overall for water sports and open water swimming. Outside table and bbq is a great addition to the inside space of the house

Really lovely house - great for family holiday. Amazing location for access to the beach and to the local park and walk along the canal.
The bathroom was amazing, and rooms were all a good size. Selection of board games was a really welcome addition for keeping the kids entertained. Also the owner was really lovely - she went out of her way to help us collect things we’d left behind accidentally.
Only down side was the blinds/curtains in the front bedrooms were very thin, so had some early wake ups from the kids as the sun came up.

Plenty of beds and towels, good facilities and excellent location. Lovely welcome surprise of wine and crisps. Good communication with host who let us check in early.
Minor gripes really. A little decoration needed and not quite as clean as we would expect. Dishwasher wasn't working properly although, once we let the host know, she advised she would look into it.

Sarah who manages the property very friendly and helpful. Property itself is very good. Really spacious, warm, clean, comfortable and a very short walk to anywhere you need to get to (literally two minute walk to the beach from the door). All of our party were delighted we chose this from the many options in Hythe and would have no hesitation in recommending to others.
No complaints.
