About this house rental
A perfectly located detached home within 180 metres of Fishermans beach in Hythe and a short 4 minute walk to the high street. Sleeping up to 10 guests but equally personable for 2 we welcome both families and couples alike! Enjoy a modern scandi-coastal mix of design and decor with 3 large bedrooms, 2 high spec bathrooms, a large open plan lounge and dining room, separate "snug" with luxury sofa bed, downstairs toilet and well-equipped kitchen. Family friendly garden and off-road parking.
Recently renovated to a very high standard this wonderful detached house sits in a prominent corner position from Fishermans Beach and stands in a most convenient location for exploring Hythe and the surrounding areas. Formerly a 1920s general store all original features have been restored to conserve charm and character whilst the fresh scandi-inspired decoration offers a stylish yet very homely stay.

- Open car port offers off-road parking and direct access to the front or back door for easy check-in
- Family friendly garden split into three zones, patio, decking and pebbles, which wraps around entire house
- Corner plot location gains sun throughout the year (when its out!)
On the ground floor

- Open area within the hallway under the stairs for additional storage (prams, brollies and wellies!)
- Large open plan living area features a comfortable sofa area for watching the 50" Smart TV and backs on to the dining space which can seat 8 comfortably
- "Snug" room (which is quite large anyhow!) houses a luxury sofa-bed for an additional fourth bedroom along with a 40" smart TV
- A convenient downstairs toilet and wash basin
- High spec and well-equipped Kitchen including Smeg range cooker and blackboard wall for fun messages or things to do!
On the first floor

There are 3 large upstairs bedrooms each with a console table, mirror lamp and chair, bedside tables with reading lamps and a very spacious built-in wardrobe with ample storage. All bedrooms are lockable by key.
- The Master King has a double aspect to create a light airy space.
- The Super King can be easily be converted into two single beds for flexible sleeping arrangements
- The family room is home to a double bed and bunk to sleep four in total
There is a family bathroom, with freestanding bath, toilet, basin and large shower.
The second wash room, has luxurious walk-in shower, toilet and basin.
Shampoo and washes are available.

Fantastic stay here. Beds were very comfortable. Location is perfect for beach, fish and chips, town, canal and parking. Kitchen was a little smaller than we thought from photos but had all amenities needed for our stay. Lovely outdoor area with comfy sofas and a large gazebo parasol. Quiet and pleasant area. Smart TV and Bluetooth speakers in a lovely bright lounge diner. Plenty of plugs in all areas which was useful for our group.Communication was second to none. Tim and Hayley were clearly happy to help and responded to any queries or questions very quicklyAll guests were over the moon with this gem of a find and we hope to stay again one day!

Starting from a very warm welcome to an very easy and uncomplicated checkout, we spent 10 days in this very well equipped house. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and even the soap in the shower is provided. Neighbourhood is calm and relaxing. Nothing to complain, no doubt that this can be booked at any moment and any occasion. Location is perfect for day trips around kent.
