Due defects which we cannot expect we were forced to urgently look for new apartments. Here we stayed for one night inst

Property did not give us the opportunity to enter the apartment at the time we agreed. She did not inform us about defects in advance. Till now I am waiting answering about refund, which we agreed.

Nice apartment with great view and location, but missing on some of the final touches

Great location and nice view.

The aminities were shortcoming, and the wifi not able to stream. Even worse on the balcony. Housekeeping could be improved, as a colony of dust bunnies were located under the bed.

Position is good, nearby the supermarket and shops, close to the main road. Parking available. Nice view and big balcony.

For the check in we had to change our schedule few times in order to please the time schedule of the owner. We had to rush to the apartment when we got the call that the owner was available only for 10 minutes. Also, didn't respect the check in time written on the main page of the property. Apartment was not ready to accomodate us as all toiletries and toilet paper were missing and were replaced the second day.

een leuk appartement op een zeer goede locatie met een WAUW uitzicht.

Eerst en vooral, wat een uitzicht!!!!!. Appartement ligt op 15de verdiep met zicht op de hele kustlijn van Théoule-sur-Mer tot aan Cannes. De jachthaven en groot zwembad lag mooi mee in dit plaatje. Volgens mij kan geen enkel hotel dit uitzicht geven aan Cote d'Azur. Omdat de eigenares niet aanwezig kon zijn bij ontvangst heb ik via Whatsapp een duidelijke uitleg gekregen om de sleutel te verkrijgen en waar de eigen parking plaats was. Een veilige en afgesloten parking door poort met afstand bediening. Groot winkel centrum met supermarkt op 5 min wandelafstand. La Napoule ligt op 15 min wandelafstand waar je s'avonds gezellig kan eten en rondwandelen. Complex waar appartement is werd zeer goed onderhouden. Zwembad (afmeting olympisch denk) werd ook zeer goed onderhouden.

Mij persoonlijk heeft het appartement een goede opfris beurt nodig. Het is een beetje afgeleefd. Denk dat de eigenares een week iemand laat werken, het appartement een veel betere score zal krijgen. Tenslotte een verblijf is niet alleen het uitzicht. silicone aan douchecabine, bezetting in badkamer, bezetting op terrasmuur, mailing terras terug opfrissen (roest), bed was ooit doorgezakt denk en is hersteld met wat plankjes, een likje verf binnen en buiten, nieuw wasrekje. kleine dingen maar geen al te grote kosten. Hoop dat de eigenares dit leest.

Vue sur la mer. Climatisation dans l'appartement. Stationnement bien qu éloigné de la résidence. Disponibilité des clés plus tôt qu' initialement prévu.

Machine à laver présente mais le hublot ne s'ouvre pas. TV présente mais ne capte pas correctement. Appartement éclairé uniquement avec des lampes de chevet... Emballages alimentaires vides présents derrière la tuyauterie. Appartement à nettoyer plus régulièrement.
