It was classed as a 3 bedroom apartment but in fact it is a 2 bedroom as the single bed is behind a curtain in one of the bedrooms not ideal for adults sharing perfect for a child The apartment block has poor soundproofing so you can hear other residents

Лас Пальмас очень пасмурный город!!! Мы не ожидали что в июле каждый день будет без солнца, практически ( мы ездили на пляж Амадорес! И в следующий раз остановимся только на Амадорасе!!! Там всегда солнечно и на много теплее и пляж просто рай

The location is great, right next to the beach and has a lot of amenities nearby. It has a washing machine and a tumble dryer, a coffee machine and in general well equipped for a long stay.

Communication with the staff was horrible to say the least. They barely answer and when they do, they are unhelpful and unprofessional. They did not help us with transportation from the airport as discussed and left us there waiting because nobody answered, and when they answered they blamed the taxi company. I asked for a crib when I did the booking and they only answered after a week. I asked again one day before arriving and they said it’s 30€ to which I agreed. They did not bring a crib because they said I did not pay, but I tried several times, they just didn’t care to answer (they also had my credit card details). After two days someone else contacted me and said that I should pay for the crib that wasn’t there and I refused as there were only 3 days left of our stay, moreover I paid for 5 people when I booked and one of them is a 1 year old baby, the cost should have definitely cover for the crib. Just two examples because there were more. Enough to trouble our stay.
