The apartment seems to be rather new, most things are nice and comfortable. We felt cozy there 😊
We checked in on a Friday at around 7pm. About 90 minutes later we found out that there was no hot water and the washing machine didn't work as well. We contacted the guy who did the check in but he couldn't find the problem. It took until Saturday 6pm until a technician came and fixed both problems so we had to make do with only cold water for a whole day! I would have expected a faster reaction. After those problems were fixed we had a nice stay and after some discussion with the booking.com support we got a part refund for the day without hot water...

Para poder entrar tuvimos problemas, no nos dieron ningún tipo de explicaciones de la calefacción (tuvimos que llamar), tuvimos que comprar papel higiénico, ya que nos dejaron 2 rollos para 4 días 3 personas.
