Clean, spacious, has luggage storage and just in front of hbf

We arrived at 9pm so had to do the night check in. They say the 4-pin digit to enter is in the booking confirmation email but it's not there for me, possibly because I booked with Agoda. Other than that, call them. Problem is, if you don't have a German number because you are an international visitor and only have internet roaming without a German sim, you cannot enter the hotel and are stuck outside. I had to ask a passerby to call to get in. Very bad system they have. Also lift is very small. But room was clean

I have never given a bad review. But I can‘t help it that I was extremely dissapointed. I arrived late at night and for some reason I didn‘t read the instruction from the email just the statement that the hotel only accept cards. It‘s kind of my fault but I also knew nothibg that the reception is not 24h. After that I found my room with a hole in the wall. The water pressure in the shower was not good. I couldn‘t have a good night sleep because the air condition kept making loud noise almost every 2 hours. The highlight would be on the next day. The woman who works for the restaurant (for breakfast) was really nice but the man in the afternoon, he only said we cannot renovate our room everyday. That‘s the way it is. The air condition kept making noise because it‘s an old building and it would happen if everyone using it at the same time. Of course everyone would us it, it was freaking hot day. What kind if excuses are that. It was unacceptable. I would never come back to this hotel again. The only thing that‘s great abiut the hotel is the location.
