Wszystko co trzeba do tygodniowego pobytu .Blisko morza, i pięknej plaży Maria Pia, blisko bary , przystanek autobusowy i restauracje ( polecam ta po drugiej stronie ulicy Alguer Mia!). Właściciel bardzo miły .

Appartamento ben fornito a pochi passi da spiagge, supermercato e vari ristoranti.
Stanza con letto matrimoniale comfortevole, armadio e comodini.
Cucina munita del necessario per preparare semplici e veloci pasti.
Condizionatore d'aria e Balcone con vista mare, provvisto di tavolino e stendibiancheria.
Il padrone di casa è una persona solare, comunicativa ed affidabile.
Alla sera c'è un po' di clamore dal ristorante sotto casa.

The apartment is new and spacious. Basic kitchen equipment. Air conditioning works well enough even at over 30 degrees. Small balcony overlooking the sea. Close to the beach (2-3 minutes). Lots of bars and restaurants in the area. Nice and friendly owner. .
The only thing missing was a sharp knife and a better coffee pot because the current one is leaking.

Anche se l’appartamento è abbastanza grande, risulta privo di TV, con il piano doccia che si otturava ogni minimo flusso abbondante d’acqua e bagnoschiuma, dal lavello del bagno saliva un forte e nauseante odore di fogna che si disperdeva nell’ambiente, la cucina con sole 2 padelle e un pentola (tutte SENZA coperchi), detersivi trovati quasi finiti per curare la casa, lenzuola davvero sporche (strapiene di polvere), pulizia nella media, ambiente abbastanza tranquillo, molto vicino al mare. Consigliato? Per il prezzo esagerato richiesto (comprensivo anche di caparra di 250€) io ve lo sconsiglio vivamente. Potreste trovare di meglio a quel prezzo.
