Beautiful apartment close to the beach

Large, clean, beautifully arranged appartment. Living room has very nice style. Good to have a private garage. Little balcony was also nice. Kitchen well equipped.

Garage is indeed rather small for a modern car, difficult to park. The key for garage doors doesnt work from outside, someone has to open it from inside. Pity that bedlinnen and towels not included in the price.

Despite a few issues, we had a good time and the apartment is very nice and comfy.

The apartment itself is super nice, bright, clean, with a lot of boho decorations which especially my 11y old daughter appreciated a lot. The living room is spacy and comfortable, the bedrooms are cosy, beds big and comfy. Kitchen quite well equiped. Everything was super clean and modern. The host was very nice and responsive. The apartment is located in a quiet street, just 3 min walk to the beach and dunes. Our dog was also very happy.

There were a few things that spoiled the impression. The entrance to the house, the lift and the underground garage have a very unpleasant smell. It´s not the responsability of the owner, but still. The key to the garage did not work, impossible to turn the key in the lock. I had to open the garage from inside to be able to enter the parking. The gate closes automatically again quite fast so by the time I brought the car to the gate, it closed again, so I had to run to the basement again. Easier when you are at least two of you, but I was alone at the beginning of the stay. The parking spot is super narrow, be aware if you have a bigger car. Another thing that cost us a lot of nerves, was the key to the apartment. Difficult to lock, unlock or even put in the key, it required a lot of juggling (and nerves). Perhaps it would be a good idea to change the lock. When we arrived, there was no wifi network, but after a phone call with Frank, the problem was solved and the wifi worked perfectly. The dishwasher was full of dishes when we arrived. Why do I have to unload somebody else´s dishes? Things like salt, pepper and maybe coffee filters would be a nice gesture. It always suprises me when these things are missing in the accommodation where you pay more than 120 eur per night. Many people complain about the fee for bedsheets and towels. In Belgium it´s quite normal, but it was not so obvious at the time of booking. Also, you learn about the guarantee of 250 eur only after you made the booking. Most of these issues can be fixed. It´s a pity, because the apartment itself deserves 10/10 points.

Perfect for family trips to the sea or romantic getaways

Large beautifully furnished, comfortable and fully equipped apartment close to the beach and the tram. The main bedroom has a large king size with the other room perfect for families with up to 4 kids - a real bonus. Frank was a great host and accommodated us at short notice.

Bel appartement très confortable, très éclairé , au goût du jour, très propre, facile d'accès et garage inclus , petite terrasse ( appréciée ) Nous y avons séjourné 2 nuits, petite escapade à Ostende. Nous sommes des personnes de 60 ans et l'ascenseur est une nécessité pour nous. Nous avions également 3 très petits chiens . Aucun soucis. Quartier calme .... Boulangeries ect....à proximité

Mooi en verzorgd appartement, goed uitgerust. Uitstekende ligging in rustige buurt op wandelafstand van het strand. Vriendelijke, correcte en communicatieve gastheer.

Het appartement heeft een privégarage, maar die is alleen geschikt voor kleinere auto's. Bestuurders van een grotere auto moeten beschikken over prima stuurmanskunsten en een open dak om nog uit de garage te geraken.

Eigenlijk alles.. was reeds de 4de keer dat we deze boekten voor het familie-weekend met mijn ouders... Rustiek, rustige buurt, slaapplaats genoeg, enkele minuten eandelen van de zee.. een halfuur stappen tot begin Oostende (of ga met de tram, met halte in de buurt).. kortom grote aanrader!!

Ibiza in Ostende

Große Räumlichkeiten, nette Nachbarn, Aufzug, netter Balkon, modische Ibiza Einrichtung, sehr freundlicher & schnell antwortender Vermieter, Weg zum Strand gut (ca 5 Minuten), Haus ordentlich, Blick in den Garten schön Info, für die die gerne richtig dunkel schlafen. Es sind Jealousien ...also Maske mitnehmen! In der Nähe, aber nicht zu hören ist eine coole Restaurant-Bar, 2 Italiener und ein weiteres Restaurant. Ein Supermarkt fußläufig zu erreichen, zwei Bäckereien ebenfalls. Gute Anbindung an die Öffis: Tram / Bus erreicht man in ca. 5 Minuten Uns hat das Einparken Spaß gemacht :-D

Besen und Handfeger wären nett, wg Sand vom Strand :-D Ah und das Schloss müsste mal geölt werden. ;-)

Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll und mit Blick auf Details eingerichtet. Alles ist sehr sauber. Die Bewohner des Hauses sind wirklich sehr freundlich zu den Gästen, das finde ich außergewöhnlich. Für Kinder/Jugendliche stehen Spielsachen und eine Nintendo Switch mit vielem Zubehör zur Verfügung. Das W-lan ist wahnsinnig schnell, über 100 Mbits sind normal. Um die Ecke sind mehrere wirklich gute Restaurants. Die Tiefgarage ist etwas eng, daran gewöhnt man sich. Dafür hat man immer ein kühles Auto und einen sicheren Parkplatz. Preis/Leistung hervorragend. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal da und können die Wohnung vollumfänglich weiterempfehlen. August 2024 und Juli 2025

Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Sehr gute Kommission mit dem Vermieter. Die Nähe zum Strand war für uns auch sehr wichtig, ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß.

Mooi en gezellig ingericht appartement. Alles is aanwezig wat je moet hebben. Gratis parking onder het appartement. Heerlijk dat de hond mee kan!

Er zijn geen rolluiken of gordijnen aanwezig. Enkel lamellen die niet verduisteren. Maar dat is natuurlijk gewoonte! 👍🏻

Super en aangenaam!

Wat ons eerst opviel bij het binnenkomen was de prachtige inrichting van het appartement en het grote tv-toestel. Voor het ontbijt moesten we zelf zorgen, maar dat was geen probleem. De keuken was goed uitgerust. Alles wat we nodig hadden om te koken was aanwezig. Het vriesvakje in de koelkast was een pluspunt. Kortom, geen problemen in de keuken.

Ik zou het niet weten. Misschien was wat meer info over het gebruik van de combi-microgolfoven nuttig geweest. De deurklinken van de badkamer en van de kinderkamer zaten los.

Gerne wieder!

Wir waren Selbstversorger. Die Küche war voll ausgestattet, für uns vier Frauen gut ausreichend. Der Vermieter war immer sehr gut erreichbar und hat uns gute Anweisungen in Bild und Wort gegeben. Die fußläufige Lage zum Strand war topp. Sehr nette, hilfsbereite Mitmieter.

Die Garageneinfahrt ist wie sie ist. Entweder man schafft es, heraus zu fahren oder nicht. Vor der Tür gab es aber auch immer wieder gute Parkmöglichkeiten.

Très chouette appartement pour séjour en famille ou en petit groupe d’amis. Nous avons apprécié la propreté et le confort. Il n’y a pas beaucoup d’équipements dans la cuisine mais pour une nuit, ce n’était pas un souci. Hôte très sympathique.

Toller Vermieter, wunderschönes Appartement

Frank, der Vermieter, bereitet seinen Gästen einen herzlichen Empfang und man fühlt sich gleich willkommen. Die Kommunikation funktioniert reibungslos. Das Appartement ist liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Es fehlt an nichts - Besteck und Geschirr sind ausreichend vorhanden, die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Alle Möbel sind komfortabel, die Sauberkeit ist top. Fußläufig sind in der Umgebung Bäckerei und Supermarkt zu erreichen, ebenso die Kusttram, mit der man alle Orte an der Küste anfahren kann. Der Strand ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreicht. Wer möchte, kann den hauseigenen Tiefgaragenplatz nutzen. Die Einfahrt ist jedoch steil und das Einparken mit großem Auto etwas schwieriger. Aber zum Glück gibt's Menschen mit besseren Einparkfähigkeiten als ich sie besitze. Ich kann das Appartement wärmstens empfehlen.

La luminosité et l'espace de l'appartement. L'accueil d'un p'tit mot personnalisé à notre arrivée. Les équipements très complets.

Je n'ai pas eu d'eau chaude durant le séjour. Apparemment, je suis la première à m'en plaindre donc, probablement un problème passager... Voilà pourquoi je recommande quand même +++ ce logement.

Het was erg gezellig ingericht Er was voldoende ruimte voor ons allen (2 volwassenen en twee peuters) Er waren voldoende spullen om mee te koken Zacht beddengoed Gezellig appartement

De garage inrijden was niet eenvoudig. Deze is niet ruim dus niet gepast voor grotere wagens. Moeilijk inrijden. Er zijn geen verduisterende gordijnen (is een gewoonte - 2 peuters die middagdutjes moesten doen)

Un agréable moment dans l’établissement

Très beaux établissements, L’espace était confortable, agréable pour les enfants, environnement très paisible et le propriétaire très sympathique.

Certaines élément du bains, J’ai nettoyé le bouchon avons de l’utiliser et le truc rond dans le bain et casser quand je l’ai fait tomber sans faire exprès j’ai pue remarqué la saleté. Pour le reste c’était agréablement propre et accueillant.
