The size of the apartment, the AC, the internet connection, the closeness to the bus station, Calle Frailes and Centro.
The water pressure was low.

Very good location near to the the city center, parking in front of the apartment, spacious rooms, reliable wifi, communicative host
Outdated furniture and floor has not been cleared properly - my 1y old son is crawling and his feet/hands were really dirty after crawling in the living room and bedroom. Toilet was broken when we arrived, but it was fixed one day later.
