Clean flat with everything you need, but a bit dark

It's a groundfloor flat with only one window looking out onto a fairly busy road and pavement. It is therefore a bit dark in the flat and you have to keep the curtains closed for privacy.

Good location but too expensive and check-in too late

Location is very convenient near the train station

I recently stayed at this property and would like to share my feedback. While the location was convenient, situated between the train station and the lake, I felt that I paid too much (over 100€) for what essentially felt like a converted garage. The ground floor room was damp and had a musty smell. The pillows provided were small and uncomfortable. Considering the price, I expected amenities such as shampoo, but only hand soap was provided. The check-in time of 5 PM was quite late, and although there was a veranda to store luggage, it was not secured with a lock. As we had valuable items like a computer, we opted for the station's luggage storage, but it was inconvenient to go back and forth until 5 PM. The checkout time was at 11 AM, and having 6 hours allocated for cleaning felt excessive.

Zentrale Lage. Check in unkompliziert.

Das Apartment ist ungemütlich. Einfach ausgebaute Garage oder Werkstatt mit billigen Materialien. Mobiliar willkürlich zusammengestellt. Es riecht muffig. Es wirkt alles sehr spartanisch und damit nicht gastfreundlich. Für den Preis kann man etwas besseres erwarten. Für eine Nacht okay aber nicht für einen Urlaub. Check in ab 17.00 ist auch etwas spät.

Wir haben diese Unterkunft gebucht weil es die einzig verfügbare war, die Hunde erlaubt. Das Apartment ist sehr zweckmäß

Alles vorhanden, was für einen Kurzurlaub benötigt wird Nettigkeiten vorbereitet (Gummibärchen und Wasser) Vermieter reagiert schnell und hat defekte Mehrfachsteckdose sofort ersetzt

Wirkt auf den Fotos gemütlicher als es ist Sieht sehr abgenutzt und zusammengewürfelt aus Bodenwelle und Gefälle im Badezimmer Der Wasserkocher müsste mal entkalkt oder erneuert werden

unfreundlicher Gastgeber, Schlüssel war nicht in Box, Möbelierung wie von Secondhandladen, Badezimmer mit Beschädigungen u. Schimmel an Duschisolierung, Lage: an Hauptstraße im Erdgeschoß - Fenster zu öffnen war nicht möglich, Gastgeber verweigerte das Abstellen der Fahrräder hinter dem Haus

Die Lage ist sehr gut, sehr mittig gelegen so dass man fussläufig in ca 10 Minuten entweder in der Stadt oder an der Seepromenade ist

Das Bett ist durchgelegen und total unbequem, im Bad ist es nicht ebenerdig sondern es geht schräg nach unten, einschließlich in der Dusche, nicht geeignet für Menschen mit einem schlechten Stand, das Sofa ist eine absolute Katastrophe, weder bequem noch sauber, einfach nur schrecklich.

Gute, zentrale Lage für 1-2 Nächte, allerdings nicht für einen längeren Aufenthalt

Die Lage war optimal. Gut fußläufig zum Hafen und an den See. Restaurant in unterschiedlichen Varianten waren auch in unmittelbarer Nähe und gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein öffentlicher Parkplatz war ein paar Meter vom Apartment entfernt und dieser war gut beleuchtet und machte einen sicheren Eindruck. Leider ist beim Apartment eine Parkmöglichkeit.

Aus der Beschreibung sollte unbedingt das Wort "gemütlich" entfernt werden. Es ist ein Sammelsurium an Möbelstücken, das Bad sollte renoviert werden ( überall noch offene "Baustellen"), es hat zwar 2 hochwertige Induktionsherdplatten, aber keine passende bzw. einladende Küchen- Utensilien. Bei der Putzfrau ist auch deutlich "Luft nach oben", sehr oberflächlich gereinigt.

Wohnung lag in perfekter Lage. Man kam zu Fuß schnell zum See.

Das es keinen Waschlappen oder Müslischüssel gab.
