i know its cliche, but hillview cottage was literally home from home. unbelievably spacious, comfortable, pristine , and cosy bungalow, with everything you will need for a short or long stay. very conveniently located close to bantry, and ideal for exploring all of cork's and kerry's beautiful peninsula's. majella thought of everything; lots of breakfast goodies in the fridge, wonderful home made brown bread, and even fresh flowers! majella and pat are friendly, fantastic hosts; the epitome of hospitality and generosity. and,finally, milly and bella , the family dogs, made a great stay exceptional. best girls ever!!! highly reccommended.

We received a lovely, warm welcome from Majella, and her two friendly dogs! Her charming cottage is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. We greatly appreciated the generous 'extras' and the excellent pub/restaurant in walking distance was a bonus. We could ask for nothing more and would give this stay 12 if we could!

We liked everything. The property was so clean and fresh. Our host left us a welcome pack and wine and the whole apartment was so comfortable and luxurious. Our host also left us food for breakfast, which was very welcome. We really had such a lovely stay. Could not recommend enough!!!
