Maison globalement calme et pratique avec la possibilité d’arriver tard facilement, ce qui est appréciable.
Point négatif sur les équipements : la douche est en mauvais état avec des réparations de fortune, et l’électricité donne aussi une impression de bricolage/réparations temporaires peu rassurantes. La literie n’est également pas très confortable. Dommage car le potentiel du logement est là, mais l’entretien mériterait d’être revu sérieusement.
