Positiv: Offener Wohn- und Essbereich, praktischer Fahrradschuppen, Parkplatz direkt vor der Wohnung und eine angenehme ruhige Lage mit kaum Verkehr.

Die Küchenausstattung war knapp und uneinheitlich (kein passendes Geschirr, keine Pfanne, Salatschüssel,…). Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat eine Tür mit Glaseinsatz, die Schlafräume lassen sich nicht verdunkeln und auf dem Balkon standen rostige Stühle. Die Bäder sind zudem recht klein.
