El hotel destaca por su limpieza y mantenimiento. Las instalaciones son muy cómodas y el personal es sumamente amable y atento. A tener en cuenta: El hotel solo ofrece desayunos. Para el resto de las comidas, facilitan una carta de restaurantes con servicio a domicilio, aunque debes considerar que algunos cobran un valor excesivo por el envío.
El sistema de "pasadía" en la piscina afecta la tranquilidad. Se permite el ingreso de personas externas que consumen licor y hacen mucho ruido, convirtiendo el área en un ambiente tipo cantina que no es apto si viajas con niños o buscas descansar.
