Un'ottima accoglienza con un benvenuto di cibi e bevande.
La cura dei dettagli ed il fatto di avere tutto quello che può servire.
La cura dei servizi (acqua fresca tutti i giorni e la possibilità di farsi un caffè) in piscina.
Il tragitto casa/mare. Abbastanza breve, ma troppe scale, bisogna essere un po' allenati per scendere giorno e sera, e non avere problemi alle gambe.
Altrimenti si può usare la macchina con tutte le difficoltà di parcheggio che ne consegue.
Il fatto che ci siano troppe telecamere. Si ha l'impressione di essere osservati.

The pool and general amenities were absolutely on point. Great location and view. There was food at the apartment waiting for us too!
The goofy routes Google gave us to the apartment. Drive up a couple of times and you can find more logical routes. Also the apartment is right over the autostrada (which passes in the tunnel below) so that will mess you up a little bit.
This is obviously not the owner's fault, but be prepared for goofy routes ;)

Rossella ist eine sehr liebenswürdige und großzügige Gastgeberin. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich, mit frischen Blumen, einem selbstgebackenen Kuchen, gekühltem Sekt und vielen verschiedenen italienischen Spezialitäten. Alles war sehr liebevoll angerichtet und auch der Pool mit fantastischem Meerblick war kurz vor unserer Anreise (Ende März) noch extra hergerichtet worden. Wir hatten eine wunderbare und erholsame Zeit und kommen gerne wieder. Grazie mille a tutti!
