My Lux Palace - Luxury Apartments

Abbiamo scelto il monolocale e ci siamo trovati molto bene. È la terza volta che torniamo qui perché la struttura ha una posizione comoda ed è dotata di tutti i confort. L'alloggio, infatti, è dotato di cucina con lavastoviglie e lavatrice e comprende tutto il necessario. La camera è spaziosa, luminosa e molto pulita.

We liked the modern design of the furnitures and having a supermarket next to us.

When we arrived, we found the cradle disassembled and not ready to use. We were told this was normal and that guests are expected to assemble it themselves because it only takes a few minutes... For us, this was not about the few minutes it takes. When you specifically request something in advance, you reasonably expect it to be prepared upon arrival. Leaving a bedsheet for a guest and saying “it only takes a few minutes to change it yourself” would not make much sense either. Eventually, a staff member helped us, but repeatedly emphasized that it was “only a few minutes” and very easy, with an attitude and facial expressions that made us feel uncomfortable rather than welcomed. Even more disappointing, after check-out I left a review without mentioning him personally, yet he contacted me on WhatsApp with a three-minute voice message questioning my rating and suggesting I might have personal problems because I had not been “sympathetic” toward him. I found this particularly inappropriate. He also repeatedly reminded us that they are “not a hotel.” We understand that, but basic hospitality and respectful communication should still be expected... The high chair was another disappointment. It looked clean at first but underneath the cushion we found old, dried food residue. With a baby using it, this should be properly checked and cleaned beforehand. We also requested extra pillows but they never arrived during our 4-day stay. When we mentioned it, the same staff member called it a “small forgetfulness.” We believe these details should still be checked, especially when specifically requested in advance. The property was a little farther from the beach than expected, but the 20-minute walk was actually pleasant, so this was not a problem. Overall, we really enjoyed the place and our vacation. Our disappointment was mainly with the staff’s attitude and the lack of attention to the details we had specifically requested.

Appartamento in una posizione molto comoda, area parcheggio disponibile, supermercato e altri negozi sotto casa, molto pulito, molto moderno, si può richiedere il microonde, tassa di soggiorno offerta gentilmente dai proprietari.

Unico vincolo essendoci come finestre solo vetrate e no terrazzo dalle 8 del mattino fino a mezzogiorno entra il sole e quindi in estate è obbligatorio l'uso dell'aria condizionata e delle tende che spesso non basta perchè il sole sulla vetrata fa da lente e la stanza diventa subito calda.

Alloggio stupendo, moderno, super organizzato.

Un po' lontano dalla spiaggia a piedi, ma fattibile senza problemi.
