L’appartement était parfait très moderne lumineux et agréable avec un super emplacement à 2 min en voiture du lungomare. Le plus la place de parking juste devant et le petit supermarché juste en dessous. Vraiment pratique!

L’ensemble de l’appartement était propre MAIS des draps et des serviettes tachés. Pour ma part il manquait un grand miroir et au moins un balais!

Eccellente

Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile. L’appartamento è nuovo e bello con design moderno. Oltre ci offre le ciabatte per la casa, alcune bevande in frigo pure il dentifricio nuovo come un servizio del hotel 4/5stelle in alcuni paesi esteri. Ottimo per il parcheggio riservato. Per raggiungere alla spiaggia un po’ distante ma piacevole a camminare. Sotto l’appartamento c’è il supermercato e la farmacia. Ci tornerò volentieri.

Wunderschöne neue, moderne Wohnung

- sehr schöne, moderne, ganz neue Wohnung. Unsere war im 4. Stock, hatten dabei sogar eine bisschen Meersicht - sehr sauber, alles Notwendige (Klima, Ausstattung Küche, Geschirrspühler, Waschmaschiene) vorhanden - schöne, hochwertige Einrichtung. Die grossen Fenster konnten mit Storen und Vorhängen abgedunkelt werden - wir hatten keinen Balkon. Das Gebäude hat aber eine grosse Dachterasse - Wohnung befindet sich leicht ausserhalb des Ortes, jedoch alles (Restaurants, Strand....) fussläufig erreichbar. Haben dafür jeweils einen Spaziergang gemacht. Conad Supermarkt im Erdgeschoss des Hauses - Gastgeber war(en) äusserst nett und zuvorkommend. Es wurde oft nachgefragt, ob für uns alles passt, etwas benötigt werde... Ausserdem via Whats APP erreichbar. Hat auch immer sehr schnell geantwortet.

Siamo tornati qui per la seconda volta e confermo la precedente impressione: camera pulita e molto grande per essere un monolocale, dotata di tutti i comfort, host e personale molto cortesi, posizione ottima per raggiungere i principali luoghi di attrazione della zona.

Struttura moderna e confortevole

La struttura è dotata di ogni comfort, molto pulita e con spazi ampi e ben organizzati. La cucina è totalmente attrezzata (dalla lavastoviglie alle pentole), il bagno è dotato di una grande doccia, di lavatrice e di kit di cortesia. Viene messo a disposizione anche un parcheggio privato. Nelle immediate vicinanze è presente anche un supermercato, insomma non manca nulla per un soggiorno piacevole a poca distanza dal mare.

Appartamento incredibile

La struttura è nuova con un’attenzione incredibile all’arredamento e alle comodità. Tutto pulitissimo, nuovo e bello da vedersi. Un soggiorno incantevole non distante dalla spiaggia. C’è anche un parcheggio riservato, che dire, non manca nulla. Le ampie vetrate nell’appartamento danno un tocco internazionale al soggiorno.

La gentilezza e la disponibilità dei gestori. I locali nuovi, puliti e con ogni comfort. Le camere ben insonorizzate. L'ambiente circostante tranquillo. La presenza di un supermercato.

Complesso e appartenenti nuovissimi dotati di ogni cosa, ragazzi alla reception accoglienti e disponibili. Ci hanno detto che c'era stato un problema con la nostra camera il giorno prima quindi ci hanno dato un appartamento migliore, bellissimo e molto illuminato!

Nytt, moderne og funksjonelt leilighetskpmpleks. Trivelig vertskap som var fleksible og serviceinnstilte. Leiligheten er lys og trivelig, med mange store klesskap. Madrassene i sengene er meget faste, men ikke ubehagelige. Kjøkkenutstyret er nytt og funksjonelt, med induksjonstopp og stekeovn (ikke mikrobølgeovn). Det er også en Nespressomaskin. Leilighetene er i etasjene over et supermarked (Conad), så det er kort vei for å handle dagligvarer. Det er litt over en kilometer til stranda/sentrum - vi syntes det var fint å gå til og fra. Air-conditioning i leiligheten er moderne - gir frisk luft på soverommet nesten uten lyd/støy.

Appartamento nuovissimo, accessoriato, comodo

Appartamento nuovissimo, ottime finiture, super accessoriato. Posizione comoda, parcheggio sempre disponibile, supermercato e farmacia sotto casa. Check in e check out semplici e veloci. Parco giochi sotto casa. abbiamo raggiunto il centro e la spiaggia sempre in auto, credo fattibile anche a piedi. A disposizione bibite fresche, saponi, dentifricio, e altri piccoli omaggi. disponibilità di accessori per bambini (seggiolone, spondina, lettino).

L'edificio non ha oscuranti esterni, c'è tenda interna grande e ben fatta, ma che lascia filtrare un po' la luce. Data l'alta qualità di tutte le finiture, si potrebbe offrire una scelta per i cuscini da letto, quelli presenti non comodissimi.

Struttura davvero bella con tutti i comfort necessari.... pulizia impeccabile e ambiente completamente nuovo... le grandi vetrate danno tanta luminosità. Il parcheggio privato completa piacevolmente il tutto. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.
