Charming flat

What a wonderful flat, right across Birnam arts center. Highly recommend visiting the Beatrix Potter exhibition if you have young children. Dunkeld was lovely at this time of year. On a personal note, some unforeseen health issue meant I had to rush to hospital early on check out day, and the host was so lovely about it. They gave us more time to come back and collect our things, they couldn’t have been nicer.

Gorgeous clean apartment. Definitely exceeded our expectations.

It was the extra touches that made this stay so special. A bunch of real flowers, beautiful linen, gorgeous furnishings, meticulously clean. Parking was available right out the front, lovely location and entrance. We would recommend and happily stay here again.

Very Comfortable and Perfect Location

The flat is lovely. Very spacious and comfortable. It has everything one could need. Road parking is easily available. The location is ideal for walking by the River Tay and visiting local restaurants or bars in Dunkeld. Also well located for longer trips out. We drove over to the coast at Carnoustie.

Lovely weekend destination

The flat was immaculate and very well equipped, lots of thoughtful touches to make our stay comfortable. Rebecca was really responsive, provided equipment for the baby and checked in to make sure we were getting on okay. The property is close to many local amenities and a short walk across the bridge to bustling Dunkeld. Thoroughly recommend.

Rebecca was very responsive and friendly. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. It is just a short walk from the train station, which served us well.

The main amenities like restaurants, shops, etc are in Dunkeld, so a bit of a walk from the apartment. However, there is a small general store right next to the apartment that has all the necessities.

Fantastic Apartment

The apartment was immaculate and very tastefully decorated throughout. Special touches of fudge, coffee pods, biscuits and toiletries.. The location was just right for us as we were only 5 mins drive from the Land Rover Experience Centre in Dunkeld. Lovely stroll onto village with lovely places to eat recommended by Rebecca. Great stay and we will return.

Clean cosy flat close to amenities and local walks with excellent and responsive host.

The flat was very clean and tastefully decorated. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. Great shower. The kitchen had all we needed and the living room was a lovely bright room in which to chill out. Overall no complaints, thank you Rebecca. Will definitely be checking availability next time we are holidaying in the area.

property is finished to a very high standard and very tastefully decorated. a well appointed kitchen was typical of the thought put in to all the rooms by the owners to present a great 5 star feeling. tea, coffee biscuits were a great touch too😃

The apartment was a very useful base for a working visit and a delight to return to in the evenings.

The property is thoughtfully and tastefully decorated and equipped in a stylish way that I personally really liked. It was really clean, which I also much appreciated.It was obvious that a lot of thought had gone into making this welcoming and comfortable for guests. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly to deal with an answered queries promptly.

Great town house in lovely Birnam.

Beautifully decorated and well-equipped kitchen. Spotlessly clean. On a 'main road' but mostly really quiet even with the windows open. Spacious for four. Rebecca messaged us a couple of times to check everything was OK (it was). Immediately above the Birnam convenience store, across the road from the Beatrix Potter garden and a short walk from the Birnam Oak.
